  • How does a Debt Management Plan work?
    We analyse your personal financial situation ie. Outgoings, incomings etc and then come up with a repayment plan that suits what you can afford.
  • How long does it last?
    This can vary depending on the size of the debt. Obviously the more you owe, the longer it will last.
  • How do I apply?
    You simply fill out our quick and simple form and we will assess what the best form of Debt Management is right for you.
  • Can Debt Management help with secured debts?
    Debt Management Plans cannot help with secured debts as they only cover non priority debts. Debt Management can however, manage your unsecured debt around your secured debt to make payments a lot easier.
  • Are there any disadvantages?
    As with any Debt Management program or action the disadvantage is that it will appear on your credit report for up to 6 years therefore affecting your credit rating. Also because there is no legal binding with a Debt Management Plan you can still be pursued by creditors with court actions.
  • What will I get with my Debt Management Plan?
    We will help you deal with any court processes should creditors pursue you. You only pay what you can afford and we will contact your creditors and offer to deal with any future correspondence giving you peace of mind to deal with other things.
  • How does the process work?
    You contact us and inform of us of your debt situation. Our team of fully qualified debt advisors will look at and assess you debt and personal situation before making a decision on what Debt Management program will work for you. We then agree on a manageable payment based on your income and outgoings to set up a monthly payment plan that you can afford.
  • What help do you provide?
    We will offer you non stop support throughout the repayment of the debt and will also handle any correspondence with creditors so all you need to focus on is paying your monthly fee. You can also contact us at any time.
  • How can you help to deal with my creditors?
    We will write to them and offer to deal with all correspondence with them for you and if they do decide to continue with action through the courts then we will advise and help you throughout.
