  • How does a Debt Management Plan work?

  • How can you help to deal with my creditors?
We will write to them and offer to deal with all correspondence with them for you and if they do decide to continue with action through the courts then we will advise and help you throughout.
  • How long will it take to pay off my debts?
Depending on the size of the debt this can be a short or long process.
  • Will I have someone to help me all the way?
Yes we will support you and offer you advice throughout the entire Debt Management process.
  • What if I change my mind?
As a Debt Management Plan is an informal arrangement between you and the creditor, if you feel that you want to change your mind then you may do so. Although we would appreciate plenty of notice so we can inform them.
